]]> Austrian flight is returning to Vienna after 5 hours of flight.

Flight #OS9503 departed Vienna today at 11:00 CET then climbed to 36,000 ft cruise altitude.

The Airbus A320-200 turned around over South of Spain, only 1 hours from Las Palmas.

The Airbus A320-200 (registration E-LBM) made a U-turn more than 2 hours into the flight, now expected to land back in Vienna more than 5 hours after departure.

As there are good weather conditions in Las Palmas (light rain but good visibility), the airline probably is requiring the plane to return to Vienna due to a technical issue necessitating repairs at the base.
