On Thursday, November 5th, England will begin a four-week lockdown. However only England will be subject to the measures, compared to the entire United Kingdom as was the case in March.
There will not much impact on inbound international flights but a much heavier impact on outbound international travels.
England is not closing its borders, so people will be allowed to travel by plane within the UK and abroad for work. But because of such a heavy drop in demand, airlines are reducing their flight schedules significantly, so it may be difficult to book a flight.
British Airways, EasyJet and Ryanair have said they will operate up to 30% capacity during lockdown.
